Chelsey Clonan
I didn’t build this from theory. I built it under pressure. I’ve led inside a multi-million-dollar contracting operation where payroll had to clear, crews had to perform, and when something broke, it landed on me. At the same time, I built and sustained my own business for over a decade while raising kids as a single mother. Responsibility didn’t make me louder. It made me disciplined.
Over time, I noticed a pattern. Contractors. Entrepreneurs. Emergency responders. Different uniforms — same weight. You carry decisions that impact crews, clients, communities, and outcomes.
